About The Event:
Join us at our Cobble Hill taproom for a pizza making class with Chris Milazzo of Bad Cholesterol Bakery. Chris will teach you how to make his sourdough Neapolitan-style pizzas from start to finish, including how to start a “starter,” make an airy dough, shape your pizza, and fire it in an outdoor pizza oven. The evening will end with a pizza feast, served with scratch-made sides and desserts from Bad Cholesterol Bakery.
