The kit comes with Sour Beer Making Yeast to produce lactic acid which gives this beer its sessionable sourness and acidity. Paired with fruit-forward Citra Hops and the addition of fresh or frozen fruit is how it all comes together to add a ton of juicy, tart flavors and freshness to your next brewday.

The kit is a 1 gallon, all-grain homebrew kit and does not contain any alcohol.
